FROM CNN’s Jack Cafferty:

Hillary Clinton is taking a hit when it comes to how Americans view her.

A new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll shows Clinton receiving the lowest “positive” rating in this survey since March of 2001.

Only 37% of those surveyed say they have a positive view of Clinton compared to 48% who give her a negative rating. That’s an 8 point drop in her positive rating in just the last two weeks.

Also, for the first time, this poll shows there are more women who have negative views of Clinton than positive, 44% to 42%.

As for Barack Obama, he gets a 49% positive rating and a 32% negative rating. One Democratic pollster calls this poll a “myth-buster”, because it shows the Reverend Jeremiah Wright controversy is quote “not the beginning of the end for the Obama campaign.”

When asked which candidate can best unite the country, Obama comes out on top with 60% compared to 58% for the Republican John McCain and 46% for Clinton.

Overall, these poll numbers suggest that the negativity of the Democratic battle for the nomination seems to be hurting Clinton more than Obama.

Here’s my question to you: What does it mean if after all the campaigning Hillary Clinton’s positive rating is the lowest it has been since 2001?

Interested to know which ones made it on air?

Susan from Baton Rouge, Louisiana writes:
It means that more than a year of campaigning has allowed the American people to see Hillary Clinton’s true colors. Her lack of transparency, her repeated lies about experience, and her attempts to inject race into the campaign have given people a negative, albeit accurate, view of her.

Will from San Jose, California writes:
Rev. Wright makes controversial comments and Obama responds by speaking to the country on the progress and roadblocks of racial relations in the country. Clinton pads her resume in speeches with fictitious tales of bravery and when caught claims that she “misspoke”. One of these responses is not like the other, one of these responses just cost the candidate 8 points.

Judy from North Carolina writes:
It means the media has done its job and yes, her Bosnia screw up hurt as well. The majority of the media has always been pro-Obama. The most qualified Democratic candidate may be going down.

Nora from Texas writes:
Negative campaigning, telling outright lies, trying to change the rules as you go along depending on how they will benefit you and only you, thinking that she had the nomination in hand as soon as she said I am running for president, like she was entitled to it. I think I could go on for a while. But, Jack, you know, everyone knows why she took this nose dive in the polls.

R. writes:
Sticks and stones, get a life folks! Thank God, we live in a country where candidates and the electorate can go negative without going violent. I hope Hillary campaigns to the convention. If we are truly as great a democracy as we claim, her efforts will highlight our nation’s strengths in the end.

Nakisia from Albany, Georgia writes:
My father use to tell me that you are as “good as your word”. As a child, I did not understand. In my teens, I understood it perfectly: tell the truth. I wish my father was still alive to talk to Hillary! She likes to lie, and every time she does it makes her look worse. Please don’t say anything about her ratings taking a hit. I promise you. She will call it sniper fire coming down from the hill, and she will put her head down and run to the car.

It means it is time for her to give up and allow Obama to take his rightful place.

Marvin /Boston, MA   March 27th, 2008 2:09 pm ET

What it means to me is that the time has come for her to leave this
primary campaign . It’s something she should have done a long time ago.

Terry in Hanover, VA   March 27th, 2008 2:09 pm ET

Nothing since her ratings are still higher than W’s. However, I do wish she’d find her “true” self and settle on one Hillary, one campaign, one unified message. Watching her campaign makes my head hurt. Will the real Hillary Clinton please step forward? Please.

pat   March 27th, 2008 2:10 pm ET

Jack, what will you do when Hillary is elected and you can’t pick on her daily. Get a life She has a higher approval rating than you

Tom from Boston, Mass.   March 27th, 2008 2:12 pm ET

It means she is unelectable and that if she still lags in the delegate count she should absolutely do the right thing and graciously bow out of the race (if it’s even possible that she can be gracious). If she doesn’t, and the convention ends up resembling the raucous convention of 1968, she will have established her legacy - for destroying the democrats chances of retaking the White House.

I know you are getting a lot of flak about your alleged “anti-Hillary” bias Jack, but hang in there - the numbers speak for themselves. Besides, I’m pretty sure you’re going to vote for McCain in the fall anyway.

Mike S., New Orleans   March 27th, 2008 2:13 pm ET

It means that she was unable to convince potential voters that she is more honest and trustworthy than Barack Obama. It is also true that every time Bill Clinton opened his mouth, her support dropped. We’ve had eight years of Presidency by family entitlement, and Americans are frothing at the bit for change.

Keith   March 27th, 2008 2:15 pm ET

What does it mean if after all the campaigning Hillary Clinton’s positive rating is the lowest it has been since 2001?

It means she’s not foolin’ anybody now, Jack. It means, even some who were willing to give her a chance at one point (older Dems like me), are just fed up with her and Bill’s antics.

It’s OVER, Bill & Hill.

It’s OVER!!!!

Steve Osborn   March 27th, 2008 2:15 pm ET

Hi Jack,

In my humble opinion, I think there are two reasons for the decline in her positive rating:

David,San Bernardino,CA.   March 27th, 2008 2:18 pm ET

It means that all of the garbage coming from Obama, the republicans and the media have taken their toll and the public has been brainwashed. Obama has come across as a savior and the second coming without actually having said anything about his policies and views. The republicans believe that they will easily beat Obama and probably will. Hillary has told the cold, honest truth about the future, but nobody wants to hear that. The public is easily fooled by charlatans and snake-oil salesmen.

Colleen from Miami   March 27th, 2008 2:19 pm ET

It means that the people are finally seeing her for what she is… a lying, cheating, unethical, desperate and power-hungry candidate who obviously will stop at nothing to win.

George from Pottsville, Pa.   March 27th, 2008 2:19 pm ET

That’s easy Jack, it’s because the public has been getting a daily dose of Mrs. Clinton. There watching cable news and lisening to her and her hit team a.k.a. Mr Carvill and the rest of the old teams cronies! We’ve been there and done that.

Jean from NC   March 27th, 2008 2:20 pm ET

Hillary Clinton - to know her is to dislike her. A dirty trick like getting her big-money donors to pressure Rep. Nancy Pelosi is just one from her repetoire. Attempting to abrogate agreements not to campaign in or count delegate votes from Florida and Michigan is another. She talks out of both sides of her mouth and neither side says anything honest. That’s why her ratings are sinking fast, just like her campaign - straight into the gutter.

Gary   March 27th, 2008 2:20 pm ET

Well it means the MEDIA has done their job! The glass ceiling still prevails. What do you not like about Hillary or the Clintons the Prosperity or the Peace?

Why are the Media not asking the important questions? What has Obama done since being in office for his state? Why does Obama only vote present and does not make decisions?

Do Americans care about having a qualified President? Do Americans want Obama to split the party and the country?

What qualifies Obama to be President?

Rosalynd   March 27th, 2008 2:20 pm ET

It means all that negative and vile campaigning is contributing to her already negative personality. She may be hell bent on burning the democratic party now that her chance for the nomination is a longshot at best but whatever political legacy she was hoping for is going up in flames as well.

Orlando Florida

DW; Miami, FL   March 27th, 2008 2:20 pm ET

When you play dirty you get dirty and Americans don’t want or need another dirty politician. Despite the possible recession, I am sure we have a surplas of those.

Marjorie   March 27th, 2008 2:20 pm ET

Jack,
It’s the Clintons stupid.,
The Clintons shennenigans these past few weeks have reminded the voters who they are dealing with. This long campaign has been a blessing or we would definitely have buyer’s remorse had she won the nomination early like she tought she would.
The Clintons are not to be trusted with the Oval Office.

Susannah, Arlington, TX   March 27th, 2008 2:21 pm ET

It means that people like me, who were too young to understand what was truly going on in the 90’s and defended her out of youthful optimism and misguided feminist solidarity, are now realizing that we were wrong. It means that maybe people weren’t (and aren’t) attacking Hillary because they were threatened by a strong, intelligent woman, but maybe they attack her because of her less-than-truthful, win-at-all-costs tactics.

James in Cape Coral, FL   March 27th, 2008 2:21 pm ET

Jack,
It simply means that the majority of America isn’t satisfied with the prospect of having another Clinton in the White House and it shows in the popular vote. But then it isn’t the votes she’s counting on to get the nomination. So, just like George Bush, her popularity with the people is meaningless as long as she feels justified in what she’s doing and how she’s going about it.

Terri Agnew   March 27th, 2008 2:22 pm ET

It’s no surprise Hillary Clinton’s approval rating is at an all time low. She has run the most negative campaign than any other candidate in history. What she has obviously failed to realize is that she will need the votes of the Obama supporters should she somehow miraculously win this nomination. How does she expect to do this after the manner in which she and her camp has treated him.

Dallas, Texas

Sharon   March 27th, 2008 2:22 pm ET

Jack, I’d say that the country is sending her a message. Stop the negative campaigning and get on with the issues.

I’d hazard a guess too that her truthiness has taken a dive in the last few days and it will continue to plummet. When the Peter Paul shoe drops on April 25th which opens the door to discovery, everyone will see just how far the Clintons will go to win…..either the New York Senate or the highest office in the land.

Hubert Bertrand   March 27th, 2008 2:22 pm ET

Sen, Clinton have been on the road and talking too much, The more you talk, you start making mistakes.Once that starts, It’s hard to get back. She has been on the road too long, I know she is getting tired and when you’re tired, it’s easy to make mistakes. SORRY CLINTON YOU’RE HUMAN

lee Marietta   March 27th, 2008 2:22 pm ET

It means that americans are realy starting to see Hillary for who she really is. A person that would stop at nothing even if it means robbing a begger to get what she wants. Go Mccain.

naknudson   March 27th, 2008 2:23 pm ET

I feel like its due to all the mud slinging Obama supporters have been throwing at her and how the press is pandering to Obama.
I feel like Obama and his camp have really played dirty and the press has pandered to him giving him a pass for all the ugliness that has come out about him.

Ron Richmond, VA   March 27th, 2008 2:24 pm ET

Polls, Polls, Polls! Jack, your back to ,”What does it mean if”, questions?Well lets look at the facts, Polls are often wrong. Polls are usually done via the internet and thus people don’t often get up off their rear ends to actually go to a precinct to vote come election day. Yes it would be great if we could get all the people who vote for American Idol to vote for President! But is won’t happen. Most the time I have to think these people who do these internet polls are in need of attention and will do anything for some! Do they count when the election comes, no. WIll all these polls mean a hill of beans if Hillary wins, guess not! You guys got to give it a rest! I don’t think it means squat!

Patricia   March 27th, 2008 2:24 pm ET

1:Sen Clinoton’s surrogates have opened mouth & inserted foot, except Chelsea. Chelsea has has done her best to stand for her Mom.
2: Sen. Clinton has dug herself a big hole by allowing her surrogates to go into negative campaigning.
John Edwards was the only candidate who stuck to this issues. When Sen. Obama & Sen. Clinton & John Edwards were debating John Edwards stuck to the issues.

The voters are beginning to see through her veils of deception, sleezyness, hypocrisy and creative story telling about her vast experience on the international stage.

She is self-destructing before our eyes, but she herself is blind.

Kate   March 27th, 2008 2:25 pm ET

It means that people are beginning to see the break in the facade she has been projecting. Also everyone is sick, sick to death of all the negative crap that is spouted as fact.

George Beshay   March 27th, 2008 2:25 pm ET

Jack,

It means that you should be happy now and don’t ask her to step down as the voters will do that for you and you should also with sen. Obama be confident and ask for a revote in FL and MI so that you show every body how she fail miserably !!!!

Jack she will win

It means the American public isn’t as gullible as Hillary and Bill think they are. But then again Hillary hasn’t really been talking to them for weeks. I think it’s quite clear that her real target audiences are the 3200 pledged and 800 unpledged delegates Hillary is hoping will abandon the will of the people and vote for her ’cause she says they can.

Ray (Nevada)   March 27th, 2008 2:25 pm ET

Well since she is starting to attack like a Republican… She problably thinks like a Republican… So as in the words of Dick Chaney… “So” “I think you cannot be blown off course by the fluctuations in the public opinion polls.”… Hey Hillary… I think Karl Rove is looking for a job

Carlos E Matos   March 27th, 2008 2:25 pm ET

Anyone that has had the time to follow the Democratic race from Iowa to now, including most of the debates, has seen Hilary’s numbers (pick any of them) deteriorate. She was supposed to blow out this process by beating her opponents by 10 points or more in every measurable category: votes, delegates, etc.
She, like the rest of us, has been surprised by Barack’s popularity and political skill. He has brought out the crowds, the voters and the funds to not only compete but to beat Hilary. SHe is tenaciously staying in this failed campaign for ego and pride, much to the detriment of her political party. Her current desperate tactics have engendered the rise of her negative ratings. This is the only number in which she will excel.

Robert Lauer   March 27th, 2008 2:26 pm ET

It means that Hillary Clinton’s time has passed. She tried old fashioned street fighting and smear politics. It didn’t work. Her advisor’s need to tell her that “It’s the, future, stupid.” And she got beat by the candidate that’s already living in it with his welcome mat out for us all.

Howard   March 27th, 2008 2:26 pm ET

Jack, It tells me it’s time for “Team Clinton” to step aside for the good of the party and throw their support to Mr. Obama…If they can come down off the mountain and talk with real folks in the party, {not just her political cronies} it would become clear she is more valuable to the country as a leader in the Senate.

The party has the best shot in years to have complete control of Congress and the White House…Do I need to remind anyone one the Supreme Court is due for a judge or two…So let’s see if it’s the good of the many or the good of “Team Clinton”…We can only HOPE!

J.C. from Raleigh, NC   March 27th, 2008 2:28 pm ET

Jack,
Perhaps she’s “misspoken” once too often in this campaign. She should reread Scott’s sonnet which warns,
“Oh! what a tangled web we weave,
When first we practice to deceive.”
Her misrepresenting many things about her experience and her “concerns” for the blue-collar folk while she amasses millions may have caught up to her.

Patricia   March 27th, 2008 2:29 pm ET

She is the most famous person we didn’t know and the more we get to know her and her dirty tricks, the more we don’t like her.

It’s sad, really, because she could be a great politician, but when given the options we have this year, she didn’t get the free ride she expected and she’s having to show her nasty side.

The choice between hope and hate is an easy one.

Jan Davis, Knoxville, TN   March 27th, 2008 2:29 pm ET

Hillary has run a disorganized and dirty campaign. She has proven she will do anything to win the nomination and has badly damaged the Democratic Party. She seems to favor John McCain over her Democratic rival–unheard of in the history of the Democrats.

I am proud to support Barack Obama who has proven to be smart, sensitive, truthful, and the type of leader we need so badly after the two-term disaster of Bush/Cheney.

Vinnie Vino   March 27th, 2008 2:30 pm ET

Jay Zurkan   March 27th, 2008 2:30 pm ET

Surprise, Hillary’s public description of her Bosnian trip has now been proven false and by extension, herself a phoney. Today’s proof is in the “poll’s” which speak for themselves.

When will the American populace face up to the true reality of their collective situation? Your very well intentioned principles of freedom were hijacked long ago by unscrupulous bankers intent on realizing their personal agenda. Conequently and regardless of who’s elected, you have a phony in office that’s powerless to do the good work of the people.

I employ the term “phony” because the evidence clearly proves that those running for office are well aware of the true nature of government and yet stand prepared to tell you whatever they think you want to hear in exchange for your vote.

In the post elction environment the public then stands amazed and befuddled because government is incapable of doing that which was promised during the campaign?

PS: Canada is no better!

Larry - Fulton, Ill.   March 27th, 2008 2:30 pm ET

After all the mudslinging, infighting, backstabbing, hypocritical, embellishing, misinformation the Clinton campaign has thrown at Obama, the American public is beginning to wake up and realize what she is doing. She’s down in the polls yet “Bill” insists his family are not quitters. This at the expense of the Democratic Party, our way of life, and most of all the American people who have clearly shown who they want as a nominee and our next President. To have Hillary in there would just be a continuation of the ” Clinton Dynasty”. (Almost as bad as the “Bush Dynasty”.) What’s wrong with these “Hillary People”? What next? Chealsea in 2012????? The old way of doing things definately has not been working. Change is what we must insist upon and Obama appears to be the only candidate with enough backbone to stand up and tell us so.

Grace   March 27th, 2008 2:31 pm ET

Sadly her performance in the past few months has begun to erode our confidence in her ability to lead this nation or represent this nation. I commend her for sticking to the fight because I too believe that warriors should never quit. However, as the “elder statesman” she should have stepped back and begun to help the party move forward in defeating the Republicans. I see her current position as self destructive, poor strategic planning and undiplomatic. But who am I , just another middle aged woman who will vote in November.

Tina   March 27th, 2008 2:31 pm ET

It tells me that women are tired of the whinning and this is what when the “women libbers” started they were not whiners but doers and there is no room for a whiner. I am sick of the negative ploy against Obama she is trying to do. She knows deep down that if she plays the race card all will run towards her but it seems to be backfiring.

Brenda Cincinnati Oh   March 27th, 2008 2:31 pm ET

People do not like negative campaigning. I would have voted for Hillary if Barack did not get the nomination, but with Hillary so negative I would never vote for her. By the way with all of the comments about Barack’s pastor what happend to separation of church and state? People came to the U.S. for freedom of speech and religion. The press acts like we have lost those rights or is it that Barack has to be better than other presidents.

tim from Ravenna, OH   March 27th, 2008 2:31 pm ET

Not really a surprise as you and others keeping ripping her at every opportunity. The love-fest the media is having for Obama leads the sheep in this country right down that road. Look were the early nominations in the Democratic primaries has gotten us. Love fests for Gore and Kerry put Geoge Bush in office for 8 yrs.

Chris Swansea, MA   March 27th, 2008 2:32 pm ET

…Simple Jack it means 2 things 1, The more she talks the less people like her. 2, President John McCain..

Jason - Raleigh, NC   March 27th, 2008 2:33 pm ET

It doesn’t mean anything … bottom line is Jack …. Democrats should stop the childish and endless bickering and come together as a unified party to win this election. If Hillary or Obama becomes the nominee I would suggest the delegates side with the presidential candidate with the most votes. Camaraderie is the key to bringing this nation together … not ridiculous fighting among each other.

Brian   March 27th, 2008 2:33 pm ET

Jack,

This is a referendum on Hillary’s personality. Her policies have not changed much, her attitude has not changed much, yet she continues to slide. She is seeing the exact opposite phenomenon as Obama, whereas the more people get to know her, the more they are set back by her uncomfortable, strange way of communicating with voters. She seems terribly unstable, using emotional manipulation as a strategy to gain votes. Emotions make people uneasy, which is why Obama’s rock-solid, unchanging message of unity, change and prosperity is consistently trumping her varied messages.

Tim Elms   March 27th, 2008 2:33 pm ET

It means people are finally starting to wake up and vet the person who fears it most. It means a do-over in Florida and Michigan could favor Obama and as recent polls in California show a do-over there would cost her the State. It could mean all that and it could mean nothing. I want to live in a country where people and politicians do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do and stop favor and fear politics to advantage. Clinton is not that candidate but maybe I’m just being mean.

Tom, Avon, Maine, The Heart of Democracy   March 27th, 2008 2:34 pm ET

It means that Americans are sick of that old style politics and aching for change. “A house that is divided against itself can not stand.”

Despite Pollyanna Bush’s spin, we all know we are in a crisis and we all know that we need Obama’s politics of inclusion, if we are going to get out of this mess. She and her tactics don’t fare well in comparison.

Randy - Philadelphia, PA   March 27th, 2008 2:34 pm ET

It means people finally have something real — a national election — to base their idea of her on. She’s calculating, scripted, and an all-around phony. People don’t like that.

WARD   March 27th, 2008 2:35 pm ET

SHE IS A LOSER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Les Young Old Okie   March 27th, 2008 2:36 pm ET

What it means is all that negative campaigning is not doing a lot of good. If she and Bill will keep up the good work this primary will be over sooner than we though. I do not understand why it is so dam hard to run on your merits if you have any and put your country needs first instead of your own desire for the office.

Rick in MD   March 27th, 2008 2:37 pm ET

Shhhhhh…Jack, it’s 3 a.m. in the morning and we don’t want to disturb Hillary Clinton with an answer right now because she is sleep deprived from all of the ducking and dodging of the sniper fire. Call back later when the polls show her approval rating above 60%. Good nite!!!!

Velle In Halifax   March 27th, 2008 2:37 pm ET

That’s easy Jack. It shows that the more people see her the less she can fool them. Maybe more people are checking the facts of her credentials and find them just a bit “mis-represented”?
Her joint tax returns with Bill will most likely make “Lord of The Rings” seem like a history lesson.

Margaruite Fl.   March 27th, 2008 2:38 pm ET

Well Jack, it means that Hillary has been caught in one lie too many. When everyone was bringing up the different lies (or to use Hillarys words misstatements) Why didn’t any one mention that she said her daughter was close to the twin towers when they went down on 9 ll and it was proven that her daughter was no where around. It would be interesting if someone would write a book on Hillarys Misstatements.

Cheryl From Mexico, NY   March 27th, 2008 2:38 pm ET

Jack,
It’s simple people are finally seeing the true colors of Hillary. If she will do what ever she can to tear apart the democrats to get into the white house, How will she treat the American people? Her negative campaining and should I mention her minor BLIP about Bosnia has tarnished her crediblity and hoping to steal delegates hasn’t help. It’s no secret that the Clinton’s are not to be trusted. I have no sympathy for her, she has brought this all on her self. So step aside Hillary and let the party unite around Obama.

Bill, Quarryville, PA   March 27th, 2008 2:38 pm ET

I don’t hold much stock in the polls. They change by the day. When someone wins who was supposed to lose according to the polls all the news media can say is, we did not see that one coming. I expect to see the polls change quite a bit, all it takes it is a slip of the tongue or someone caught off guard and the next thing you know you’re watching it on youtube. I live in Pennsylvania and senator Obama is really taking a hit in the e-mails circulating around. That might be a good example of polls changing because there are a lot of people who believe them.

Susan   March 27th, 2008 2:39 pm ET

It means that people are catching on to her! Her type of campaign smacks of the worst Republican style swift boat .
I am so sick of what she’s done to the race and to the Democratic party. She’s split us apart in a race that should have been easy for Dem’s to win, considering the state of our economy and the unpopulaity of the war in Iraq.
My friends in Great Britain tell me they are all laughing about a comment she made about single-handedly solving the problems in Northern Ireland.

Len Larsen of Colfax, Wisconsin   March 27th, 2008 2:39 pm ET

It means that the American public is seriously looking at Sen. Clinton, her capabilities and the way she has handled herself and her campaign.

It means that she should consider listening to that rating, suspending her campaign and allowing some healing to take place so that perhaps change can take place in November.

Ana, MI   March 27th, 2008 2:39 pm ET

In the great words of my 8 y/o daughter…

Nani-nani-boo-boo

Bob from Traverse city Michigan   March 27th, 2008 2:39 pm ET

It means a lot of things Jack. It means her recent “kitchen sink” campaign strategy is actually a strategy of mutually assured destruction for both herself and senator Obama. It means voters are weary of being forced to choose between the lesser of two evils and are hungry to vote for somebody that instead makes the case that they are the best person for the job. It means the whitewater scandel, and the Vince Foster scandel, and the futures trading scandel, and the Lewinski scandel haven’t vanished. They’re still there, waiting for the republicans to breathe new life into them. It means Mrs. Clinton should content herself by being an excellent senator during the Obama administration.

Charles in Santa Monica CA   March 27th, 2008 2:40 pm ET

It means that what Senator Obama has been saying is true. America is tired of the political games that have been played for decades. It shows that the Clinton campaign was not fully prepared for a battle for the democratic nomination and that her continued losses are forcing a candidate that once seemed like a beacon of hope and change is yet another candidate who needs to bring others down in order to make themselves seem more qualified and able to lead. It’s quite sad to watch the once loved and admired name Clinton be tarnished and destroyed by selfishness and negativity.

Jim   March 27th, 2008 2:40 pm ET

I think someone that lies can’t fool the public over such a long period. As is evident with Hillary, a Change in her strategy happend when she started losing . She followed bills strategy in his campaign promise everyone everything even if it is a lie.

Jim

Wendy   March 27th, 2008 2:40 pm ET

It shows that her “kitchen sink” tactics she has been using have hurt her more than her opponent.

As this maneuver has obviously not turned this around for her, she should do what is best for her country and party and get out of the race, giving the Democrats a chance to heal, unite the party and defeat McCain in November.

Don’t hold your breath though. This is a Clinton.

BatCat05   March 27th, 2008 2:40 pm ET

Jack, my thoughts are the legendary tin of Clinton ” Shinola” isn’t working post 2001. American voters are really looking at her antics and are getting very tired of it. Many people are concerned when a presidential candidate can’t tell fantasy from reality! Fantasy and misspeaking appear to be Hillary’s strong suit and those attributes won’t provide solutions for America’s mounting problems! VOTE OBAMA!

It means that in the process of trying to hurt Oboma, yet she has hurting herself. When she “miss spoke” on three different occasions, trying to boost her ratings in forien policy. Journalists, along with voters are paying attention and checking out what she is giving herself credit for. I am a black female Georgia voter and I did vote for her in the primary, but in November if she is the nomimee,I hope she has changed from the negativity. Tracie Macon,GA.

What it means is that people are tired of the mudslinging and irritating political tactics of the Clinton campaign. These past two weeks have been especially revealing of Hillary’s arrogance. She’s been holier than thou with regard to religious affiliation AND ‘mispeaking’ about her experience in Bosnia. Can she be trusted to really be available in the middle of the night to deal with America’s problems?

Nuwan Sam   March 27th, 2008 2:41 pm ET

People reacts to events on the surface and change their mind. That does not mean Hilary is a bad person. It only means they just don’t see the complete picture. Remember, these same people overwhelmingly supported Bush just after he attacked Iraq just to realize after few years, they made a horrible mistake. That is why I say, people of this country is completely responsible for what has happened to it. There is no cure for ignorance.

Albert, Lake View Terrace, CA   March 27th, 2008 2:41 pm ET

Unfortunately for Hillary, people already had a negative view of her, what whatever reasons. I think this campaign has brought out the claws that everyone seemed to know she was hiding. Maybe people are just more tolerant of Male candidates when it comes to running a fierce campaign, and the lengths that it entails. Do we expect more of a woman candidate? Should she be nicer? She can’t be too soft. I think it’s a catch22 for her.

Mike   March 27th, 2008 2:42 pm ET

Clearly the more voters see of the real Hillary, the more they don’t like her. Must be that vast right wing conspiracy at work.

Brian, Cincinnati   March 27th, 2008 2:42 pm ET

Well Jack, apparently her effort to let people get to know her over the last year has worked. You know. The one that will say and do anything to win, even if it means lie, cheat, or destroy the party. So far she’s managed to convince 48% of the nation, along with 15% on the fence who will soon decide. I’m sure the last 37% will see the light soon enough. I just hope it isn’t too late for the Democratic party to come together to retake the White House.

Jack, maybe just maybe it means that Americans are finally beginning to remember what the Clintons really stand for “THEMSELVES”.
Could it be that they remember Lewinsky, Starr, Whitewater Impeachment and everything else. The Clintons change the rules everyday, play underhanded politics but then again maybe Hillary just mis-spoke while ducking from all the sniper fire. Lets all pray - the voters in Pennsylvania stand up and make a voice for change, a voice for new politics and a voice for themselves.

Kevin- Webster, MA   March 27th, 2008 2:43 pm ET

You can’t fool all the people all the time. The presidency is not a birthrite and no one is entitled to be elected. It is an honor that must be earned. Hillarys obsession with winning at any cost is finnaly taking its toll on her and her campaing.

Ken-Mount Kisco, NY   March 27th, 2008 2:43 pm ET

Jack,

There must be something nice that you could say about Senator Clinton. Your endless dislike for her is getting on my nerves. I have never even seen you balanced. You should work for FOX

Jason   March 27th, 2008 2:44 pm ET

It means she shouldn’t have run in the first place. The only good thing that comes out of it is America gets to see the type of person she REALLY is, not who she wants us to see her as.

Frank   March 27th, 2008 2:44 pm ET

It means that people are smarter than she thinks they are and rightly are rejecting her kitchen sink tactics.

Jack, appreciate your decency, common sense, allegiance to the hard truths, and sense of fairness. Keep the straight talk coming.

Chuck, from Maryland   March 27th, 2008 2:45 pm ET

She brought it on herself, although Bill certainly helped. It wasn’t that long ago that I would have been happy with either candidate. But she seems to have looked at polls that showed her trailing, and decided to try to bring down Obama rather than boost her own standing. That has turned off many Americans, especially democrats, and made her look uglier than ever. It’s too late to fix it now. That sweet side she once tried to project has been permanently soured.

Chuck   March 27th, 2008 2:46 pm ET

It is evidence that the perception a good plurality of the American people have had about Hillary Clinton since the 1990’s — that she is calculating, negatively inclined, secretive and will shave the truth or embellish it to serve personal ends — is being reinforced by watching her behavior and listening to her comments over the past several weeks. It isn’t something many Democrats want to revisit — the lingering controversies she and Bill were part of a decade ago! If she fails to take the high road in some of these matters — like bringing up Rev. Wright this week when her truthfulness was under attack — then she compounds the negative perceptions. The chant “Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton” becomes something I consider frightening rather than positive and transformational. You think her negatives are high now — just wait until the Republicans take aim at her if she becomes the presumptive nominee. It will be gutter politics of the worst sort — and she will respond in kind. Just what America needs now — personal invective! That will help the cost at the gas pump and get my neighbor home from Iraq!

john up north   March 27th, 2008 2:46 pm ET

This is the result of the scorched earth strategy. The If it no me than am going to destroy the Democrat chance is starting to irritate peoples. Hillary Clinton has no hope of getting another chance until 2016 if Obama get elected. So in order for her to have another chance in 2012 she must damage Obama to the point that McCain get elected. Peoples need to start realizing that she is no longer running for 2008 she now is running for 2012!

Dmurphy   March 27th, 2008 2:47 pm ET

Jack-I just saw “Hillary The Movie” and to quote Bob Novak, “Senator Clinton has an extraordinary ability to obfuscate, to refuse to answer questions, to avoid confrontations; and up until now has been given a pass on it.” These recent polls show that the American people are now waking up to the realityof what the Clinton political machine is really about…and they don’t like it!

It means that Americans are familiar with the political game. We understand that politicians all try to one-up each other and and downplay each other and point the finger. We expect all of this, and we’re sick of it, and sick of seeing it. A Clinton presidency and an Obama presidency would be nigh identical, so we get the opportunity to decide on personal integrity rather than political issues. Whether or not it’s true, people have come to view Clinton as severely lacking in this regard.

Harlan from Iowa   March 27th, 2008 2:47 pm ET

Jack,
Hillary’s ratings reflect a combination of her super negative approach lately along with the fact that she seems to like stretching the truth. Examples are her recollection of her NFTA support in the beginning and the run from the plane in Bosnia. With the numbers the way they are, she needs to bow out of the contest and let the democratic party get on with reclaiming the White House in 2008.

Michael S in Vegas   March 27th, 2008 2:48 pm ET

It means she’s done and it’s time for the Clintons to face it. The formidable Clinton machine may have fit the way politics once worked, but people are obviously becoming morre nad more turned-off by slash-and-burn political mud-sport and are flockiing to something different..

The much-ballyhooed Clinton experience factor has proven their undoing, and their smear-campaign has backfired.. Experience or pedigree are no guaranty of anything. Leadership and charisma have been the qualities of our most-effective presidents.

Bill, Quarryville, PA   March 27th, 2008 2:49 pm ET

I think a after having the first vote on the floor with no one getting enough votes. Then they should battle it out like in the old days. I was just a kid but I enjoyed watching with my parents candidates making back room deals to get the nomination. Correct me if I am wrong but didn’t John Kennedy helps secure his nomination by offering Johnson the vice presidency?

Alex   March 27th, 2008 2:49 pm ET

Jack,

It’s not surprising that Senator Clinton has the worst positive rating of the two candidates. She’s taking the percieved ‘innocence’ from Obama and turning him into a less attractive candidate. I think the entire family needs to go sit down and shut their mouths.

Here’s my dream ticket - Jack Cafferty for President and Lou Dobbs for Vice President. Or was that Dobbs/Cafferty? Maybe you two should slug it out in a no-holds barred, Texas style steel cage match…..just like these two should.

My money is on Dobbs…..sorry Jack.

Bill from Tennessee   March 27th, 2008 2:49 pm ET

In the latest Rasmussen poll of PA, Clinton leads Obama 49% to 39% and her favorable rating among likely Democrat voters is 68%. Don’t guess the people in PA have heard they are way behind the curve. Wonder where they are getting their information on Sen. Clinton
to have her with such a high favorable rating?

Ken Mattheis   March 27th, 2008 2:50 pm ET

It means that more and more of us Democrats are seeing her viscous, unscrupulous, bottom sucking, dishonest campaign as a very good indication of what kind of person Hillary really is, and what kind of president she would be. There seems to be nothing Hillary Clinton and her minions will not do or say in order to get the nomination even if it means permanently hurting her opponent. Hopefully Democrats will continue to open their eyes and see her for what she is. She obviously cares nothing about the party so we should reject her. Ken - Seattle

Hillary Clinton’s positive rating hasn’t really changed much. From the beginning of this campaign there have always been a large number of people who would not vote for a Clinton under any circumstances. Personally, I would have voted for her when the campaign started, but I have joined the “not under any circumstances” group because of her scorched earth approach to winning the nomination.

The problem is not the negative poll numbers for Hillary as the soft ride and constant criticism of her expressed by you and CNN that manages to pull her down, she is smart and one of the hardest workers for democracy that I have ever known and I am 76 years old. Obama is a mouth for hope and change (and that is all there is, folks) no brain needed — just a mouth for Hope and change which means nothing except an empty slogan. His thoughts on the economy are scary. One is left with the feeling that he knows nothing and is just waiting for another big word to mouth. Since you want my hometown, I live in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota.

beartrack Truckee,CA   March 27th, 2008 2:52 pm ET

The people are finally seeing the Clintons as the self-serving, self-centered bunch that they are. Serve the people? Yeah, right.

Liz   March 27th, 2008 2:53 pm ET

How can her positive ratings ever go up when YOU, the media, will only show her in a negative light. You can’t ever say anything positive about her. It only goes to show her strength when she can achieve what she has after your constant bashing. Now on the other hand, if you were to show the same disrespect and mean-spirited reporting to Obama, his ratings would be in the pits.

ERIC (MINNESOTA)   March 27th, 2008 2:53 pm ET

I think these polls just show that the American people are not quite as dumb as the Clinton campaign had hoped. They are the ones who stated that they would use the “kitchen sink” strategy. Throw everything and anything at Sen. Obama and see what sticks. Well, it seems that their strategy has come full circle to bite them in the but. The American people are sick of politics as usual and they do want a new type of leadership in this country. Sen. Clinton has stated that everybodys vote should count, and then in the same breath talks about how pledged delegates are not locked in. People see this for what it is typical washington double talk.

Larry from Georgetown, Tx   March 27th, 2008 2:54 pm ET

It means that some people finally came out of their coma and saw how stupid they had been to support her from the beginning. I don’t believe all of the others will ever come out of their denial of Hillary’s inability to be a leader or ever tell the truth, they are in a trance or under her potion of poison of negativity.

IFEANYI AZUBIKE Houston, Texas   March 27th, 2008 2:55 pm ET

It simply recognizes the American voter as more intelligent than the press and politicians give us credit for. the voters are able to read through the array of information they are presented with and still come up with sound judgement that continues to make nonsense of the attempts of looser politicians and an unfair press to hood wink us. Above all, it confirms my belief that the voters have become so disgusted with the unfair presentation of information by an unfair press that like me they depend entirely on the only two unbiased discussion programs in America to make up their mind. Go Wolf Blitzer! Go larry King! Also I hope that the failure of the pundits to force their unimaginative and self serving opinions down our guts as revealed by the polls, will serve as an incentive for them to do the right thing by learning the sacred art of telling it as it is from both Larry and Wolf.

S, Michigan   March 27th, 2008 2:55 pm ET

It means this poll was done by someone wishing this conclusion to trumpet around. In 2001, who had heard of Obama? Obviously, the public is split now between Obama and Clinton- so, these racially divided, gender-biased “popularity” polls will be split too- meaning, it was inevitable that her score will go down. At the end of the day, it is about who can get stuff done, take positions on issues, and not just vote “present” to avoid heat or say one thing publicly, then privately say “this is just for politics”. If you can’t take the heat stay out of the white house!

Jack this isn’t surprising at all. People are growing tired of all her negative talk. I think the SD’s should end this soon before she completely destroys the party. Its the same old, same old Clinton is for Clinton and she really doesn’t care about what this is doing to the party. The SD should stand up and speak out that is if they really want to win this thing in November. Her stretching of the truth is finally opening the eyes of some. Hope the SD seen this as well. Love your take on all this Jack you pull no punches.

Anyone out there have any good suggestions?

It means that more than a year of campaigning has allowed the American people to see Hillary Clinton’s true colors. Her lack of transparency, her repeated lies about experience, and her attempts to inject race into the campaign have given people a negative, albeit accurate view of her. I am happy that the primary system has done its job and provided voters with a chance to get to know the candidates for who they are. I even more glad that voters finally recognize who Hillary really is!

Jack, It means that a majority of the American People are seeing thru much of the fluff that the media and Clinton Camp are throwing out there. People are tired of this. When it became apparent that Senator Clinton couldn’t win on merits alone, out came the “Kitchen Sink”!! Well from the way things look, the “Kitchen Sink” is apparently nothing more than a bag of hot air. Obama did everything in his power to stay out of the gutter during this campaign and to no avail has had to defend himself on two fronts, and he is still most likely to bring the country together!!! There goes the ‘he’s not electible’ argument. The Supers and most democrats can really see this for what it is; a hard-fought race where the overconfident and inevitable candidate got out planned, out organized, out managed, out classed, and downright out campaigned from the start. Obama makes these other two look like ameteurs!!

Armstrong - Sacramento   March 27th, 2008 3:01 pm ET

It means that Clinton is acting like a Huckabee xerox. She’s prolonging the inevitable. She should get out of the race and help build the Democratic Party back up after both Clintons have brought the party down to low tactics. By the way, send me a copy of your book for crying out loud!

We’ve reached 4,000 fatalities in Iraq and while we mourn the fact that we’ve reached that casuality count and we honor those soldiers who were put in harms way by Senator Clinton’s negligent vote, she shows utter disrespect for those soldiers by blatantly lying about sniper fire which never happened. I know I wouldn’t want my child or family member putting themselves in harms way so that some dishonest politician can tell tall tales about non-existent sniper fire in a war zone that was no longer a war zone. And then to claim she is “sleep deprived”, yeah right she’s been telling that lie for over a year. I’m sure many of these fallen soldiers were far more sleep deprived than she’ll ever be.

Her rating is down as any liar’s rating takes a nose dive as they continue to lie about their lies.

Hi Jack,
I am so tired of the ongoing saga of Dr. Wright and Barack Obama.
I feel the Senator is this country’s best hope for President, and I am
concerned that some voters will find him guilty by association to the
views of Dr. Wright. Senator Obama did not write the sermons, and
I’m sure that he was not in attendance at his church every single Sunday. I hope American voters will judge Barack Obama on his own merit.

Trudy, Honolulu, Hawaii   March 27th, 2008 3:03 pm ET

It only shows that after all of the attacks & shame on you, its backfiring. All I got to say is, that the DNC should make their decisions now , on who they want as their choice to run on the democratic ticket, so that McCain does not have the advantage as he has now, or so it seems. All he has to do is let Hillary say as many things about O’bama, that he could use in the general, although, the same could happen if Hillary is the choice. Now DNC, do your thing and stop all of this of he said, she said, and may I make a suggestion before you do this? PRAYER first.

You having dreams about her at night? Sure appears that way.

Perhaps an indication, if the polls reflect reality, that the public is finally realizing that she is not so much interested in what is best for the country, or her party, but rather in what is best serves her own political destiny. Initially she calls for all votes to be counted (Florida and Michigan) then yesterday floated the notion that even pledged delegates should vote whatever way they choose ignoring, if necessary, the primary and caucus results. Her motives are now so transparent a blind mole rat would have a hard time missing them..

Nina   March 27th, 2008 3:03 pm ET

With Hillary’s approval rate being an all time low, it should show her that the american people are telling her that we are sick and tired of your low tactics in trying to dog Barack Obama and degrade the democratic party. She is a sinking ship and just like the titantic, she tries to bring everything and everyone down with her. I hope that all her superdelegates, delegates and the ones that are planning to support her bail out while they can.

It shows the media that Americans may be entertained by the bickering that goes back and forth, but when it comes to electing a president, we want someone who does not need to engage in elementary school level politics. Former President Clinton is appearing 5 miles from my home tonight and I refuse to go to the rally because I do not believe his tactics address the intelligence of the average American. I would love for the children in this rural area to have the opportunity to see and hear a former president, but his belief that Obama must stoop to his level makes him an embarrassment to Americans. The fact that Hillary Clinton allows him to continue on this low level means she will take the hits on the polls.

Lori Iowa   March 27th, 2008 3:05 pm ET

It means Jack that you found a perfect poll that says what you want it to say on a specific date and your are putting it out there in all of your Obama crazy journalistic self. Keep telling yourself and the rest of the world…..Hillary will continue to win States because people that can actually think know that Hillary is the answer to our countries problems. She will bring us healthcare. She will fix our economy. She will bring our troops home safely. She will be the best president this country has ever seen. Keep on hating….It is very ugly.

Will K. San Jose, CA   March 27th, 2008 3:06 pm ET

Reverend Wright makes controversial comments and Obama responds by speaking to the country on the progress and roadblocks of racial relations in the country.

Clinton pads her resume in speeches with fictitious tales of bravery and when caught claims that she “misspoke”.

One of these responses is not like the other, one of these responses just cost the candidate 8 points.

Karl in CA   March 27th, 2008 3:06 pm ET

Hillary is a lawyer and one of the oldest tricks in the world is to get it said in front of the jury. Even if it is overruled and the jury instructed to ignore it, it was said and it was heard. Now that’s fine for 12 people in a courtroom, but in this campaign it isn’t working. Her Bosnia lie and selective negative statements and inferences have caught up with her. If she spent as much time honestly selling herself instead of trashing her opponent, she might look presidential, but right now she looks like a loser that is too desperate to be rational.

AlMarie   March 27th, 2008 3:06 pm ET

It doesn’t mean anything Jack. The Clinton’s don’t care what people think of them so long as they win. They will just be like the Bush/Cheney Administration - They don’t care what the American people think anymore. The Clinton’s will say anything to win even if it means fantasizing about certain trips/experience and then deflect attention to the other candidate. What will they do next? I hope the media keeps playing her story over and over - if she has dementia then I am not sure if she should be next president.

Probably because people woke up and remembered how secretive and conniving HIllary has been and still is.

Hillary has proven that she doesn’t care about the voters or the DNC, just that she “wins”. Chelsea’s uncalled for response to that question shows just how snobbish the Clintons are. Of course, it’s everyone’s business! She obviously also doesn’t care about the superdelegates except what they can do for HER.

The negative attacks, the childish behavior, the exageration of experience and the american people know who she really is and what she stands for, The Clintons and only the Clintons. She talks of change, (since Obama came out of the gate talking of change) but her obsession with winning this election is killing her image and maybe just maybe the American people can put the Bushs and Clintons behind us and head in a new direction.

The video of Wright has come back to bite her in the butt. She has been behind the race card and it is just not working.

Would it have anything to do with the fact, that the media, looks for every negative they can find, and to think up several, on their own, and also praise Obama, as if he just rode into town, to save us all from Dammnation !!! The media is pushing him so hard, I hope it starts to open people’s eyes, before it is too late !!! Hillary has been so rudely treated by the media, but she shows how strong she is, and how ready this lady is to show the world, she can tackle the big task that lie ahead for a nation, near tears. —- I don’t expect to see this on your post today, but there ,I said it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative campaigning, Telling outright lies, Trying to change the rules as you go along depending on how they will benefit you and only you, Thinking that she had the nomination in hand as soon as she said I am running for president, like she was entitled to it. I think I could go on for a while but Jack you know, everyone knows why she took this nose dive in the polls.

Paulette Dallas,PA   March 27th, 2008 3:08 pm ET

It means that she is not going to be the Democratic nominee!

Jack,
It means you can fool 37% of the people all the time.

Dave from Pearland, TX   March 27th, 2008 3:09 pm ET

Hopefully, this negative view is a positive sign. Positive, because it shows that citizens have finally learned that a campaign that uses Karl Rove’s playbook to make the opponent look bad already worked twice and got us into the mess we’re in now. Yet Hillary’s campaign wants to keep the fight going. Our nation needs a UNITER, not a fighter. If she wants to keep fighting, send her over to Iraq so she can have a “misspoken” poem read to her on the tarmac

xavier   March 27th, 2008 3:09 pm ET

Jack this means she needs to have a seat like the rest of us and become a fan for Barack Obama and support the democratic cause for this great nation. I understand she rather lose on her feet than lose on her knees but right now she needs to support her democratic team mate and start seeing what she could do to help defeat the military minded republicans who don’t care about Americans but cares how many al qaeda and taliban they kill. Honestly I give hillary all the credit in the world to go out and duke it out 12 rounds with a man I would say hillary in my mind is one of thoughest women in the world pound for pound politically. And one more thing I would like to say to presidential canidates Jack. ” There is no information in America that is hidden that can’t come to the light”

Hillary is receiving the lowest ratings because her attitude has changed and her comments toward Obama. At first, Hillary was displaying a very positive attitude and rarely spoke in a negative way. Now, journalists and American voters are being more intitive about what she is saying and realizing that she is not showing that authoritive American leadership quality. And to think that this year alone more people, especially, young adults are acknowledging their right to vote and are watching the debates( in any way possible - tv and computers), along with any presidential coverage. In the process of making herself look good, she is hardly realizing that she is puting herself down. ( Is she really understanding what she is doing?) At first her aspects of becomg President were very clear, through her speeches and debates . By doing that she made people want to vote for her. But now that has changed. Now, she is this blind stage of me,myself, and I by any means necessary. -Merika Wilson ,Gray, GA

Falls from grace are not always quickly realized. Sometimes it takes a cumulative effect for some of them to actualize. And so it is with Hillary Clinton. The mistakes of her husband , former President Bill Clinton, coupled with the rubbish she is purporting on the American Public (”I misspoke”) , has become to much to bear. Maybe were back to “It depends on what your definition of “is” is! No wonder her ratings are the lowest since 2001. This translates to: Do the Democratic Party a favor and unite it by bowing out of the campaign.

Kandi from Virginia   March 27th, 2008 3:10 pm ET

I think it means voters see her for who and what she really is. Unfortunately, we as a collective always gravitate towards the bully and make excuses for the cover-ups, lies and missteps, and that is why she still has a chance to steal this thing despite what we all know is the right thing to do. A better question is what does it mean to her…does she care about her approval rating? Not a chance, Jack!

Ralph from NY   March 27th, 2008 3:11 pm ET

I would be more concerned if Obama had not been left alone for so long when the race began. I want to wait and see how her ratings are now that Obama has his own problems — the next primaries will tell the tale.

Annie, Atlanta   March 27th, 2008 3:11 pm ET

This woman, who has done nothing to garner such ridicule, has been bashed by the media since her husband was running for President. I just hope it doesn’t turn into a “be careful what you wish for” situation, because she may have made a good President. She certainly has some experience in her corner. Good job guys.

Don in Buffalo   March 27th, 2008 3:11 pm ET

I think it shows that people are tiring of Senator Clinton to an even greater extent. Issues of character are becoming clearer with every attack, expedient spin, and exaggeration. And it seems more and more as though her personal ambition is trumping any concern about the party’s health and the future of our country. The longer she pursues the negativity the more these poll numbers will trend badly for her. A few more months of this, even if she won the nomination, she would be a large underdog in the general election. A few more months of this divisiveness will also compromise Obama’s chances in November. It is as if Clinton were telling us, “well if I can’t win it, then Obama isn’t going to either!”

Joseph Daily, NJ   March 27th, 2008 3:11 pm ET

Jack

Most people appreciate a good speech no matter who the speaker is. It is without a doubt, Hillary is a good speaker. However, when you mix inaccuracies with fiction, like Hillary does, (and the American people are becoming more aware of it) what else is to be expected?

Hillary’s ratings are down as you reported and I see them declining even further as we draw closer to the elections. Give us all a break (Hillary) and go back to Bosnia.

Tone   March 27th, 2008 3:12 pm ET

And soon she will surpass Bush and she’s not even in office, nor has the nomination. Everybody knows she played the race card, she played the sexist card, Cried crocodile tears, lied about snipers, hides her tax information, blames Obama for disenfrachisment of MI and FL voters yet she openly advocates disenfranchising them by having superdelegates decide the outcome and now she wants pledged delegates to be “judas’” which exposes her monumental ability to be hypocritical, she deploys surrogates to start a party war and has no desire to put the party ahead of her, she will destroy the party in the process.

Marsha   March 27th, 2008 3:12 pm ET

The media has been helpful in Mrs. Clinton’s further fall from grace.
She lied. The media report it as she “misspoke”.

I was excited when this campaign began for all the usual reasons….A historical, first-time-in-my-life event…..A Black man and a White woman.
Today I am just disgusted with Hillary Clinton. I will always support a woman for president…..just not this one.

OBAMA ‘08

I hope that it means the American People have had enough of the same ole negative tactics and are ready for a change in the way polictians work for the hearts and minds of America. As an independent, I am beginning to grow sick and tired of the insults and the petty attacks from both candidates…WHAT ABOUT THE ISSUES!! GET BACK ON TASK!!
